SOP for Recording a Customized Voicemail

1. Click on the following link (How To Record Your Audio) to access voice recording instructions.
2. Record an audio file using the link provided or record it on your cell phone and email the file to yourself.
3. After recording, click on the download button to download the file.

SOP for Adding a Customized Voicemail to a Service

1. Go to your dashboard in the Power Dialer and choose Automations.
2. Click on the Power Dialer Custom Voicemails Needed tab.
3. Look for the No Answer with Service Filter and click on it.
4. Scroll down to your service and find the voicemail drop.
5. Delete the demo info and click on Upload File.
6. Select the file you just recorded and click on Play to ensure that it plays correctly.
7. Click on Save Action and then click on the Save button on the top right corner.

SOP for Modifying a Text Message

1. Ensure that the text message is under your service.
2. Modify the text message as needed.
3. Do not modify the text messages for services that you are not running.
