How To Create New Phone Numbers For Calls And Texts

This document outlines the steps to create a new phone number for both calling and texting.

Login to your account and navigate to 'Settings'
On the left-hand side, select 'Phone Numbers'
Click 'Refresh' to view the available phone numbers
To add a new phone number, select 'Add Number' and enter the desired area code (e.g. 813 for Tampa)
Choose a phone number from the list and click 'Save' to confirm the purchase
Once the new phone number is added, it will appear in the list
To edit the new phone number, select the 'pencil icon' and customize the name and forwarding settings
Set an optional 'whisper message' or 'call recording notification'
Use the 'incoming call timeout' feature to forward unanswered calls to the main line
'Number pools' can be used to track marketing campaigns or other activities
