Task Management for Leads

I. Introduction

Task management is an essential part of lead management. This SOP outlines the steps to set reminders and manage tasks in Notion for leads.

II. Adding a Task in the Opportunities Tab

  1. Hover over the check mark in the Opportunities tab.
  2. Click "Add a task".
  3. Input the following details:

III. Adding a Task in the Contacts Tab

  1. Go to the Contacts tab.
  2. Search for the lead.
  3. Open the lead's contact card.
  4. Click "Tasks" on the top right corner.
  5. Click "Add new".
  6. Input the following details:

IV. Editing a Task

  1. In the Contacts tab, click "Tasks".
  2. Find the task you want to edit and click the three dots on the right side.
  3. Hit "Edit" and make necessary changes.
  4. Click "Update" to save changes.
